7.-10. august I will make a trip to Svalbard (Spitzbergen). Got a great deal for flying there with SAS by using my Eurobonus Bonus Miles, leaving me with the rest amount of 450 NOK to pay (50 €).
As one can see on the map, it ist long up to the north. Hoping to see some icebears, walruss and more. I already booked a boat tour to the old Russian minig town of Pyramiden and rented a car for a day. I try to take som photos. There should still be midnight sun – great danger of beeing eaten by an iicebear. 😀
