A whole day out. Started early to get my glasses fixed in Dortmund. Got the best customer service possible. Cut down the time from one week – which would have meant going around in old glasses for a on time – to 1 hour because I have to travel so far. Perfect!

A little bit of shopping in Dortmund. Enjoying the vibe of a city. Not buying anything major, but some smaller items. Having lunch at Alex close to the Reinoldikirche. Had a lot of time to kill because of an delay in meeting friends in the afternoon. On to IKEA getting some small stuff for my living room (better to drive 10 minutes than 4 hours to get there^^). Of course ending the visit with an hot dog. 🙂

Moving on to Remscheid and stated some geocaching to use my time. Found 4 before it was time to get to my friends house. Fortunately I cached myself towards his house.

Had a nice evening talking, eating Schwabian Maultaschen – hand made. Loved them.

Nothing beats real food. As always the visit was to short, but I will be back in December.
